About the app
Intrexx releases a completely new mobile app for iOS and Android. It allows you to use up to ten IX12 portals on your smartphone at the same time, including receiving push messages from the connected portals.
The functions at a glance
The new app brings a number of functions that were not available before. This includes bookmarks for individual pages of the portals, with which frequently used views can be saved directly and found again more quickly. There is also a separate tablet view for iOS and Android, which better adapts the app to larger screens.
In addition, it is now also possible to log in as an anonymous user, provided this is configured accordingly in the respective portal. For companies that want to visually adapt their app to their own corporate design, there is also the option of configuring branding with their own colors for the mobile app. This setup is carried out by Intrexx GmbH and cannot be done by the customer themselves.
Important to know
Important to know: The new mobile app can only be used in conjunction with IX12 from version 12.2.0. There is no compatibility with previous IX12 versions. With the publication of the new Intrexx mobile app, the previous mobile app will also be put to the end of life.
