What was discussed in the Partner Lounge
Daily work in social service organizations is characterized by high organizational demands, limited resources, and increasing requirements for participation, transparency, and collaboration across locations. Many workshops and institutions know where digital support could provide relief, but in day-to-day operations, there is often a lack of time to fundamentally digitize existing processes.
In this Partner Lounge, together with our partners genesis markets and Computer-live, we demonstrated how digitalization can act as a connecting element between expertise, IT, and organization. We provided insights into how processes can be simplified, employees relieved of burdens, and participation sustainably strengthened. Key challenges in the social sector were addressed, and concrete solutions from practical experience were presented.
